OUR SERVICES

What We Do

Medical Malpractice

The doctor/patient relationship is based on trust.  The patient trusts the doctor (or other healthcare provider) to use all of his or her skills in providing competent and caring medical treatment.  When that trust is betrayed and serious harm occurs because of negligent care, the law provides the care provider must be held accountable for the negligent conduct. If you believe you or a loved one received negligent medical care, we may be able to help.

Wrongful Death

The loss of a loved one is devastating, especially when it could have been prevented.  If you believe someone’s negligence caused or contributed to your loved one’s death, we may be able to help.

Personal Injury

It’s hard not to sound like a billboard when discussing personal injury. That said, if you have suffered serious and permanent injuries due to a car wreck, an injury at a place of business, or as a result of the negligence of another person, we may be able to help.

Criminal Defense

We will only take criminal cases which we believe we can successfully defend. If you have been wrongfully charged with a felony or a serious misdemeanor, including DUI, we may be able to help.

What We Don't Do

We don’t represent individuals for divorce, adoptions, wills, contracts or real estate matters.  Simply stated, if it’s not one of the other categories listed above, we most likely will not be able to help.  You don’t want to hire a roofer to tile your bathroom.
